Our acceptance of your booking will take place once you have secured your session by paying the deposit via Bank Transfer.  Deposits are non refundable but are transferable.

Monies in full must be received before you receive your final, completed and mastered recordings. You will be sent an invoice for the payment the remaining balance. 

We are not responsible for delays outside our control i.e. Train or traffic delays and will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If the date of your booKing needs to be moved (for reasons out of our control), you will be informed with as much notice as possible and your session will be moved to another date that suits you. 

If, for any reason, you cannot honour the session on the date and time agreed you can reschedule by emailing
